Lots of people come to this website to promote their YouTube channel, share their YouTube videos, and to find other people to collaborate with. But the main topic I've noticed over the years is people asking how people become so successful on YouTube. There's just no easy way to do it.

Its not an easy answer and I surely don't have the right answers for you, as I myself have not been successful on YouTube. But it doesn't take someone to be successful on YouTube to know what the key to success on YouTube exactly is.

It takes hard work, dedication, creativity, and luck to be successful on YouTube.

If you're not a hard worker and focused on the outcome, then you're not going to receive results. You have to wake up and say you're going to work hard and get things done. Not just today, but each day of the week. YouTube is a 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, platform. You can work when you want, how long you want. If you're not working on ways to continuously grow and expand your YouTube channel, you're not going to make it.

I'm not saying stay up 24/7 and work on your YouTube channel. But you need to setup a schedule for gaming, recording, real life situations and decide how long you can spend on each. Take the wasted time and focus on your YouTube channel. There's many forms of promoting, networking and sharing that you can take advantage of.

When you work hard, you'll see results. But your dedication to your YouTube channel is a must. If you spend hours working on your channel for an entire week, then you're inactive for two weeks, all of that work you put in that first week will go to waste because you're not continuously working on making a successful channel.

You're going to see lots of luck. You might come across some other YouTube creators who find your videos entertaining and they might share your channel to their followers. And it works that way for everyone. Someone might find your channel who has a huge following and share something of yours. Be prepared for growth, but don't obsess over it. Don't pull your hair out if you don't grow right away. Chances are you're not going to be successful in the first year, second year or third year. But if you hustle and work hard for success, you can achieve it.

Educate yourself and believe that you can be successful. Don't expect anyone to hand you the keys to success. Work hard for success.

Last weekend I came up with a schedule. No more editing after 1am. Saturday recording from before noon so later on you can do wathever. Sunday same but editing. Imma make sure I have recorded material all done and standing by, ready for uploading during the week. So during the week I can relax more.

    My Daily Schedule:
1.) Record During day some time around noon-afternoon.
2.) Spend the rest of my day relaxing with my girlfriend or go run errands (just life stuff)
3.) Be able to go sleep at reasonable time.
4.) Wake up at 6AM to edit for 4 Hours Until Upload
    5.) Upload
    6.) Repeat
This is great because I get to live my life freely during the day, and in the morning when there is nothing really to do and no one really makes plans between 6AM to 10AM, at least me.
Hopefully this helps some of you out, it sure did for me :)

I currently have a pretty busy schedule. I have work Mon-Fri from 9-5, then I come home and do whatever schoolwork I need to do, then I usually record and edit 1-2 videos that get uploaded the next day. Then normally on the weekends I play whatever games I want to for my enjoyment and then I try to bulk record what I can so I have a little less pressure during the week in case something comes up.

Because I work the weekends and have college during the week, im going to have to record in bulk to upload throughout the week.

You can't succeed, without hardwork. Relate it to climbing a mountain, you can't get to the top without climbing up you know. Great article!
