Its definitely something new for those who build nice gaming computers. I'm surprised it took Elgato this long to build a game capture device that actually went inside your computer. I know there use to be something like it before, but I never had it and can't remember the name of that product.

I've been reading on those 'internal' capture cards recently.
This is the only product available for 60fps bellow 215$

Black Magic is the name of the one I thought of. You can pick up this one for $199 - https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/intensitypro4k

Seems like a really nice product, basically it's the same thing than the HD60 external capture card.
All you need is a secondary pc, so it means more money to spend for pc gamers.

Gutted that I recently bought the HD60 now -_-

Maybe they offer trade-ins towards the new product? Contact them via email maybe?

The only flaw with the article is in the section where you list the systems that it can record. It can indeed record the PC it is installed in as well.
  6. MrMPViral
I wonder if this will record the same PC it is installed onto?

      It indeed can
